- 1 Print on regular paper for quick play, or cardstock for a sturdier doll that lasts longer.
- 2 Color before cutting — it's much easier to fill in details while the page is still flat.
- 3 Cut out the doll and base stand first, then snip around each clothing tab carefully.
- 4 Fold the tabs behind the doll to attach outfits and accessories — no glue needed!
About the Corgi
Corgis are small dogs with a very big personality. Originally bred in Wales as herding dogs, they would nip at the heels of cattle to keep them moving — staying low to the ground to avoid kicks. Their short legs and long bodies aren't just cute; they were a working advantage. The name Corgi is thought to come from the Welsh words for "dwarf dog," and there are two distinct breeds: the Pembroke Welsh Corgi and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi.
Corgis are famously energetic, intelligent, and loyal — and famously beloved by Queen Elizabeth II, who owned more than 30 Pembroke Corgis during her reign. Despite their compact size, they need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Give a Corgi a job to do, and they'll do it with enthusiasm. Give them a paper doll, and they'll probably try to herd it.
